I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were extra spacious for my friends and me but unfortunately dirty, dated, and heavily scented with industrial-grade deodorizer. The location had easy access to nearby restaurants and shops, but unfortunately, the temporary stand was right next to ongoing jack-hammering. Dining options were decent, but some items were missing from the menu. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
The hotel rooms were very spacious and elegant but unfortunately had a few cleanliness issues like broken lights in the bathroom, clogged sink, and even some ants. The service was a mix of rude behavior from some staff members but also included friendly and courteous interactions. The location was convenient for accessing nearby restaurants and shops but had some noise disturbances. The dining provided better-than-average options but had inconsistencies in temperature. Overall, the hotel offers a mix of positive and negative aspects that affect the stay experience.
The hotel offers beautiful rooms, excellent service, and a perfect location, although dining options were limited. The price is justified for the overall experience.
Upon arrival, I was pleased that our room was not ready yet, giving us time to explore. However, upon entering, I noticed stains on the floors and the rooms looked dated. On a positive note, the rooms were spacious, with a separate toilet room from the shower, and the central lobby housing the restaurant and morning buffet added a unique touch.
